Anthony came round the same morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and James fitted a new fan to the boiler that very afternoon! I arranged with Jess at the office for a boiler service and it was agreed that James would come out to undertake this. Meantime our boiler had decided to stop connecting with the central heating anyway and so it was great timing! James arrived on schedule and although the boiler has been booked time wise for just a service and actually needed a general repair. He was very polite, made extra time for me and promptly sourced the new control unit, drove out and bought it, returned and fitted it. With regards to the work, James talked me through cost and part options and through the overall process and so everything was crystal clear. The repair and service was swiftly done, with .total politeness and at the end we spent a few moments discussing photography over a quick coffee. Oakes Insurance engaged the services of Anthony Bennet of Piped-Up Property Maintenance Limited to provide the annual boiler service at our office. Anthony and his team were brilliant they arrange a convenient date to do the service and on the date turned up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable cost.
